Getting the best results for clients and communities

We are inclusive: we encourage inclusivity, cohesion and diversity

The Cofinitive team is inclusive. We encourage inclusivity, cohesion and diversity in all that we do. You’ll regularly hear the team questioning why panels have no females on them, or why citizen groups do not represent the different generations in our communities. We remind people that diversity can deliver better results if people engage with it. All of this results in inclusive communication strategies for our clients and their clients.

As one of our clients and business friends says

“Inclusion has become a buzzword. Everyone claims to promote and support it, but very few actually do. The Cofinitive approach has inclusion in its DNA. I think that’s why you’ve delivered such incredible results to businesses so quickly.”
– Roger Gorman, Davos and White House speaker, Founder and CEO, ProFinda

We pay it forward

Our team all actively contribute to the Pay It Forward community and look for ways to create community cohesion through each project we work on.

Faye, who was recently listed as one of Cambridge’s Top 25 most influential business people, for example, is currently a board member for CW and the chair of Cambridge Ahead’s connectivity group. In each of these roles, Faye contributes to governance and runs meetings, workshops and briefings enabling organisations and citizens to better understand each other’s intentions, needs and concerns. In short, she drives engagement.

Gabrielle uncovered a great opportunity to support Cambridge Children’s Charity week, who had seen a tweet from Cofinitive and asked if we’d help support them. Gabrielle wrote a blog on our focus on employee engagement, which triggered a snowball effect wirh other leading Cambridge companies following suit.

Nicki volunteers companion writing and mentoring time to social enterprises within Cambridge Social Ventures and 50th Generation. She has been a board member at Responsible Finance Provider (previously known as Community Development Finance Initiative), Foundation East too. She still sits on their marketing committee.

Each team member has their own story to tell. Even Tilly (the office dog) contributes to the wellbeing of everyone who works at and visits our busy Burwell premises.
