Next week sees the spring iteration of #disruptHRtech and what a great mix of companies we have. I had the great pleasure of interviewing all 20 companies in the run-up to the event to find out more.

As with the autumn event, Employee Engagement still comes in strong but it’s great to see some new innovative approaches to the future of work. There is a real mix of true start-ups and more established companies, as well as regional specialists. Each of them are coming to HR Tech World for different reasons – some to test their approach, others to find investors – of course most want to find new customers.

If you’re attending the event, do make sure you take some time to go over to the #disruptHRtech area and be inspired! If not, then contact details can be found on all the interview posts.

The 5 finalists have been announced and you can read each interview on the hyperlink to find out more – ImpraiseArctic Shores, Never Eat Alone (no interview as they appeared post selection- committee listing!) HROnboardPraditus.

Each of the 20 are listed below grouped into the area they focus on so you can jump ahead to what is of greatest interest to you, and then click on the link to read the interview.
