Like any department, HR has to build the business case for change and through our discussions with HR practitioners across a number of organisations of varying sizes and industries; we have investigated different strategies currently being adopted. Based on the qualitative nature of the interviews, Everest Group was able to dig deep and propose a range of different tricks and tips ranging from understanding the different stages of efficiency-, effectiveness- and strategic benefit- metrics through to a ‘HR Analytics Spiral’ where low-complexity pilot projects allowed the teams to generate results to generate further investment in analytics.
