As I prepare to step up and resume my role as emcee on the startup stage at Europe’s leading HR event UNLEASH 2019 (18-19 March at London Excel, tickets still available), I wanted to share with you a little about this year’s bumper crop of HRTech startups in the fantastic startup zone.
The Startup zone
Our collective mission is to propel HR Tech startups by providing engaging, dynamic and rapid-fire content in the startup zone. From the usual flurry of talent acquisition and L&D, through to employee experience, performance management and people analytics, this spring there are over 35 companies in the startup zone – some exhibiting, some presenting (head to the orange are at the back of the expo floor to discover them yourself!).
The startup competition finalists certainly tick a lot of boxes – they are: –
- 10x Psychology Transforming Performance Prediction in the Workplace
- ClickIQ Automating the top of the talent attraction funnel
- Devskiller Powerful tool to verify programming skills
- EVA.ai Joining technology up turning your HR department from a cost centre to a profit center
- Horsefly Competitive advantage through automated talent market research
A Sense of Belonging
Brexit contingency planning, people migration, advances in AI and digital transformation are all making us wonder where we fit in – as humans, as colleagues, as bosses and as people professionals.
As Malcolm X said:
“Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.”
So be part of the community reimagining current ways of working to solve tomorrow’s problems, today, and create organisations where your people are empowered by an authentic sense of purpose and belonging. You’ll leave the event inspired, with a better network of like-minded professionals, an array of actionable business intelligence and new technology to help solve your company’s HR challenges, and if that weren’t enough – you’ll have fun doing it!
One Mission: UNLEASH Your People!
